Yes. Your exact time of birth is required for an accurate reading — it determines your rising sign and house placements, which the whole interpretation is built around. Readings done without a confirmed birth time will be less precise.

Yes — you can ask about themes you're noticing in your life or want to understand, and we'll explore where that's written in your chart, the lesson behind it, and how to move through or shift it.

To cancel or reschedule, a full 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment start time is required. You can reschedule through your account on the Astralis Healing website or by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours ahead.

Cancellations made with a full 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice? One same-day reschedule is permitted per booking for a fee of 40% of the session price, requested by emailing [email protected]. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes to that booking forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Arriving 10 or more minutes late is considered a no-show. Please review the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy before booking.
