Your reading is reserved on the Astralis Healing calendar, so a full 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled reading time is required to cancel or reschedule. You can reschedule through your account on the Astralis Healing website or by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours ahead. If rescheduling by email, please include the specific dates and times you’re available. A new time must be confirmed within 48 hours of your request, or the reading is forfeited.

Cancellations made with a full 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Within 24 hours of your scheduled reading, it can no longer be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded. Reschedules made through your account within 24 hours of your reading are not valid, and your original reading time will stand. Please review the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy before booking.
