It is recommended that you schedule your Intuitive Reading and Virtual Energy Healing session on separate days, ideally at least one week apart. Giving yourself space between sessions allows time to integrate the information, guidance, and energetic shifts from your first session before moving into the next. You may choose which session you would like to receive first based on what feels most supportive for you at the time.

Your Healing Insights Subscription includes two private sessions each billing cycle: one live Intuitive Reading and one Virtual Energy Healing session. Together, these sessions offer both intuitive insight and energetic support, allowing you to receive guidance around what is currently unfolding while also clearing, balancing, and realigning your energy.

Healing insights requires a minimum commitment of three consecutive billing cycles. After the initial three-month commitment, the subscription may be canceled at any time before the next billing date through your account or by emailing [email protected].

AllHealing insights subscription payments are final sale and non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for payments that have already been processed.

Healing Insights sessions must be redeemed within the applicable billing cycle, but the scheduled session may take place at any available future date. Unredeemed sessions do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.

Appointments booked through Healing insights remain subject to the standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, including the 48-hour timeframe for confirming a new appointment when a reschedule is requested by email.

Sessions booked with your credits follow the standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, one same-day reschedule is permitted per booking for a fee of 40% of the full individual session price (not the discounted package or subscription rate), paid separately. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.
