Right after checkout, you'll get access to your client portal, where you can book each of your four sessions. Sessions are held live over video, so all you need is a quiet, comfortable space where you can relax undisturbed and a reliable internet connection.

Your four session credits are valid for 12 months from your original date of purchase. Book them as close together or as spread out as feels right for you. Any credits not used within 12 months will expire and have no refund or cash value.

All package, bundle, and subscription purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

For one-time packages or bundles, purchased session credits are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Any unused credits remaining after 12 months will expire and are not eligible for a refund or cash value.

Appointments booked using package, bundle, or subscription credits remain subject to Astralis Healing's standard cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies. A session credit forfeited due to a late cancellation or no-show will not be returned to the client's account.

Sessions booked with your credits follow the standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, one same-day reschedule is permitted per booking for a fee of 40% of the full individual session price (not the discounted package or subscription rate), paid separately. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.
