Right after checkout, your reading credit is added to your Astralis Healing library. Open your library, select your Sacred Card Reading, and choose an available date and time to confirm your booking. Your reading takes place live on Zoom and lasts 45 minutes.

After your session, your recording is uploaded to your Astralis Healing account, and you’ll receive a notification as soon as it’s ready. To watch it, log in, open your library, select your Sacred Card Reading, and open your session to find it under Session Recording. It stays in your account so you can revisit your guidance anytime.

To cancel or reschedule, a full 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment start time is required. You can reschedule through your account on the Astralis Healing website or by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours ahead.

Cancellations made with a full 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice? One same-day reschedule is permitted per booking for a fee of 40% of the session price, requested by emailing [email protected]. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes to that booking forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Arriving 10 or more minutes late is considered a no-show. Please review the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy before booking.
