Your subscription includes two 60-minute virtual Reiki sessions each month. Once you purchase your subscription, you’ll receive access to schedule your two included sessions for the dates and times that work best for you. Sessions must be used within the monthly billing cycle and do not roll over.

Reiki Renewal is designed to support consistency and continuity throughout your healing journey. Your two sessions must be used within each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over or accumulate. Any unused sessions will expire at the end of your billing cycle, and your sessions will reset with your next renewal.

For the greatest benefit, sessions are recommended approximately every two weeks, as clients who maintain a consistent biweekly Reiki practice often experience the most noticeable and lasting results.

Reiki Renewal requires a minimum commitment of three consecutive billing cycles. After your initial three-month commitment, your subscription will continue month-to-month and may be canceled at any time through the Subscriptions section of your account or by emailing [email protected].

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge. All subscription payments are final sale and non-refundable.

Sessions booked with your credits follow the standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, one same-day reschedule is permitted per booking for a fee of 40% of the full individual session price (not the discounted package or subscription rate), paid separately. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.
