The Divine Has A Message For You...

Yes. Jordyn does not provide lottery or gambling numbers, pregnancy predictions, death predictions, or readings that enter another person’s private energy solely to gather information about their life without their consent.

When another person is directly connected to your situation, the reading can explore their energy, intentions, or feelings toward you and the dynamic that exists between you, because that relationship directly intersects with your own experience. If information outside the original scope of your question arises naturally and Jordyn feels spiritually guided to share it, she will communicate what comes through with care and discernment.

Yes. Most readings unfold intuitively based on your questions and the cards that are being called forward, but specific spreads can absolutely be requested. Jordyn offers spreads including the Celtic Cross, Wheel of the Year, Past-Present-Future, and You vs. Them relationship readings.

If there is a particular spread you would like used during your session, simply include it in your booking form when submitting your questions.

No. Although Jordyn is a psychic medium, a Sacred Card Reading is not a mediumship session and cannot be booked for the purpose of contacting a specific person who has passed.

Mediumship may arise naturally during a reading. If a loved one, guide, or other spiritual presence comes forward with a message for you, Jordyn will share what she receives. However, this cannot be requested or guaranteed as part of a Sacred Card Reading—it is allowed to unfold naturally when and if it is meant for you.

Sacred Card Readings require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You may reschedule through your account or by contacting Astralis Healing during regular business hours.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Clients arriving 10 minutes or more late are considered a no-show, and the session credit or payment is forfeited. A new session may be booked at the current full price.

Need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice? One same-day reschedule is permitted per live reading booking for a fee of 40% of the session price, requested by emailing [email protected]. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.

For a pre-recorded Sacred Card Reading, a full 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Within 24 hours of your scheduled reading, it can no longer be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded, and the same-day reschedule option does not apply. Reschedules made through your account within 24 hours of your reading are not valid, and your original reading time will stand.

There is no required frequency, but for ongoing guidance, I recommend up to two readings per month. Many clients choose to align their readings with the New Moon and Full Moon—using the New Moon to explore new chapters, intentions, and energies beginning to unfold, and the Full Moon to receive clarity around what Spirit may be guiding them to release, complete, or see differently.

Ultimately, allow your intuition to guide you. A reading should offer clarity and support, not replace your own inner knowing or decision-making.
