The Astralis Reiki Apprenticeship — Service Agreement

This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is between Astralis Healing, LLC ("Astralis Healing," "we," "us") and you, the person enrolling ("you" or "Apprentice"), for The Astralis Reiki Apprenticeship (the "Apprenticeship"). By checking the agreement box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read and agree to this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. What's Included

Your Apprenticeship is a 12-month, one-on-one mentorship program that begins on your enrollment date and includes:

  • Two private 60-minute mentorship calls with Jordyn Kurtz each month (24 total), held virtually
  • Weekly check-ins through your private apprenticeship portal
  • Personalized guidance and feedback to refine your practice
  • Lifetime access to the self-paced Reiki Mastery Path course, including its lessons, demonstrations and workbooks
  • Access to The Astralis Sanctuary and The Sacred Healers Collective for the length of your Apprenticeship
  • The monthly live Reiki Mastery Path Q&A
  • Direct messaging with Jordyn, with replies within 48 hours on weekdays (excluding holidays)

Program content, structure and schedules may be updated over time to improve your experience. Any change will keep the overall value of what's listed above.

2. Scheduling, Rescheduling & Missed Calls

Mentorship calls are booked through your apprenticeship portal based on Jordyn's available times. To reschedule a call, please give at least 24 hours' notice in writing. A call missed without 24 hours' notice is forfeited and will not be made up.

Mentorship calls are meant to be used within each month of your Apprenticeship. Unused calls do not roll over beyond the end of your 12-month term.

If Jordyn needs to reschedule a call because of illness or an emergency, she will offer a make-up time, and that call is not forfeited.

3. Pausing Your Apprenticeship

Life happens. You may pause your Apprenticeship one time for up to 30 days by requesting it in writing. Your program end date will be extended by the length of the pause. Scheduled payments continue during a pause unless we agree otherwise in writing.

4. Payment Terms

You may pay in full ($5,999) or choose the 12-month payment plan (12 monthly payments of $545, billed automatically to the card on file).

Choosing the payment plan is a commitment to pay the full program amount. It is not a month-to-month subscription and cannot be cancelled to stop future payments, even if you stop participating.

If a payment fails and is not resolved within 3 days, your access to the Apprenticeship and the Reiki Mastery Path, including mentorship calls, messaging, course content and community spaces, will be paused until your payment is made and your account is fully up to date.

Your Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Karuna Ki certificates are issued only once your program is paid in full.

5. Refunds

Because your enrollment includes immediate access to the full Reiki Mastery Path and reserved one-on-one time with Jordyn, all Apprenticeship purchases are final sale and non-refundable. This includes partial or unused portions of the program and any time remaining on a payment plan.

6. Certification Requirements

Enrollment does not guarantee certification. To receive each certification, you must complete the required lessons, pass each quiz with a score of at least 80%, and submit the required practice logs for that level. The Chakras, Animal Reiki and Shamanic Lens modules are required parts of the program. Submitted practice logs are typically reviewed within 3 to 14 days.

7. Your Responsibilities & Community Conduct

You agree to engage with your lessons, tasks and calls; to communicate openly if you are falling behind; and to treat Jordyn and fellow students with respect in all calls, messages and community spaces.

We may remove anyone from the Apprenticeship and its communities, without refund, for harassment, abusive or discriminatory behavior, sharing other members' private information, or misusing program materials.

8. Nature of Services & Your Practice

Reiki and spiritual mentorship are complementary, spiritual and educational practices. They are not medical care, therapy, counseling or psychological treatment, and Jordyn Kurtz is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. If difficult emotions or past experiences come up during your Apprenticeship, we encourage you to work alongside a licensed professional.

Reiki certification does not license you to diagnose, treat or prescribe for any medical or mental health condition. After certification, you are solely responsible for how you practice and for following any laws or regulations that apply where you live and work.

9. Intellectual Property, Recordings & Confidentiality

All course materials, workbooks, recordings, attunement and placement content, and program resources belong to Astralis Healing, LLC and are licensed to you for personal use only. All of these materials are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, record, share, distribute, resell, adapt or teach from any of them, in whole or in part, or use them to create your own course, certification program, workbook or other content, during or after your Apprenticeship.

You may record your own mentorship calls for personal review only. Please keep anything shared by other members in calls and community spaces confidential.

10. No Guaranteed Results & Limitation of Liability

Every Apprentice's journey is personal, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes, experiences or results. You voluntarily assume the risks of participating. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Astralis Healing, LLC and Jordyn Kurtz for any claim related to the Apprenticeship is limited to the amount you have paid for it.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with our Terms & Conditions and Cancellation & Refund Policy, is the full agreement between you and Astralis Healing for the Apprenticeship. If any part of it is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
