Cancellation Policy
At Astralis Healing, your appointment time is intentionally reserved for you. Please review the following cancellation and rescheduling policies before booking.
General Appointments
To cancel or reschedule an appointment, a full 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment start time is required, except for a same-day reschedule as outlined under Same-Day Rescheduling below.
Appointments may be rescheduled directly through your account on the Astralis Healing website. You may also request to reschedule by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If requesting a reschedule by email, it is the client’s responsibility to clearly communicate their intent to reschedule and provide specific dates and/or times they are available for a new appointment. Simply requesting to cancel an appointment with the intention of rescheduling at an unspecified time in the future does not constitute a completed rescheduling request.
If a new appointment is not selected and confirmed within 48 hours of the original rescheduling request, the session will be forfeited and will no longer be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Same-Day Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, one same-day reschedule is permitted per booking, subject to a rescheduling fee of 40% of the full individual session price (rounded to the nearest dollar). Same-day reschedule requests must be made by emailing [email protected], and the new appointment is confirmed only once the rescheduling fee has been paid. No further changes may be made to that booking; any additional request to reschedule will result in the session being forfeited. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not considered valid. The original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point the new time will be confirmed. Same-day rescheduling does not apply to QHHT® sessions or pre-recorded readings, and Intuitive Guidance Mentorship sessions follow the mentorship terms below.
With the exception of QHHT®, individual services canceled with a full 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment start time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellation requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment start time are non-refundable.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. If a client misses an appointment and wishes to book another session, a new appointment must be purchased at the full individual session price. Package, bundle, membership, or subscription credits cannot be used to replace a forfeited session.
Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more after their scheduled appointment start time will be considered a no-show. The session will not be held, and the payment or applicable session credit will be forfeited.
Pre-Recorded Readings
Pre-recorded readings are scheduled for a reserved time on the Astralis Healing calendar, and your presence is not required. To cancel or reschedule a pre-recorded reading, a full 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled reading time is required, through your account on the Astralis Healing website or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations made with a full 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled reading time, pre-recorded readings cannot be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded. Reschedules made through your account within this window are not valid, and the original reading time will stand. The same-day rescheduling option does not apply to pre-recorded readings.
Questions must be submitted by the day before your scheduled reading. Questions received after that time cannot be guaranteed to be included in your reading.
Packages, Bundles & Subscriptions
All package, bundle, and subscription purchases are final sale and non-refundable.
For recurring subscriptions, session credits must be used within the applicable billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
For one-time packages or bundles, purchased session credits are valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase. Any unused credits remaining after 12 months will expire and are not eligible for a refund or cash value.
Appointments booked using package, bundle, or subscription credits remain subject to Astralis Healing’s standard cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, and no-show policies. A session credit forfeited due to a late cancellation or no-show will not be returned to the client’s account.
Same-day rescheduling of a session booked with a package, bundle, or subscription credit is subject to the same-day rescheduling fee of 40% of the full individual session price, not the discounted per-session rate. The fee must be paid separately and cannot be covered by a session credit.
Reiki Renewal & Healing Insights Subscriptions
Reiki Renewal and Healing Insights each require a minimum commitment of three consecutive billing cycles. After the initial three-month commitment, either subscription may be canceled at any time before the next billing date through your account or by emailing [email protected].
All Reiki Renewal and Healing Insights subscription payments are final sale and non-refundable. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not provide a refund for payments that have already been processed.
Sessions included in Reiki Renewal and Healing Insights must be redeemed within the applicable billing cycle, but the scheduled session may take place at any available future date. Unredeemed sessions do not roll over and expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Appointments booked through Reiki Renewal or Healing Insights remain subject to the standard 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy, including the 48-hour timeframe for confirming a new appointment when a reschedule is requested by email.
QHHT® Sessions
All QHHT® bookings are final sale and non-refundable due to the extended preparation and full-day scheduling required for each session.
Each booking includes one opportunity to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours before your scheduled session may be transferred to another available QHHT® date at no additional charge.
Rescheduling requests made 24–72 hours before your scheduled session are subject to a 35% rescheduling fee ($173.25).
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session are subject to a 50% rescheduling fee ($247.50). Reschedules made through your account with less than 72 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the applicable rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new date will be confirmed.
Your rescheduled session must take place within six months of your original appointment date and is subject to current availability. Once your appointment has been rescheduled, the new date is considered final. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled appointment, your booking and full session payment will be forfeited. No additional rescheduling, refund, credit, or compensation will be provided.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in forfeiture of the full session payment ($495) and are not eligible to be rescheduled.
If you choose to discontinue your QHHT® session after it has begun, the session remains non-refundable.
If Astralis Healing must cancel or reschedule your QHHT® session, you will be offered a new appointment date at no additional charge. If a suitable replacement date cannot be arranged, the session payment will be refunded.
Digital Programs, Courses & Workshops
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, educational materials, recordings, downloadable resources, and/or other proprietary materials, all digital programs, courses, workshops, and related purchases are final sale and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Enrollment in a payment plan represents a commitment to the full purchase price of the program and is not a month-to-month subscription unless explicitly stated otherwise. Choosing to discontinue participation, failing to complete the program, or no longer accessing the program does not cancel the remaining payment obligation.
If a scheduled payment is missed, declined, or otherwise becomes past due, access to the applicable digital program, course, workshop, community, and associated materials may be suspended or revoked until all outstanding payments are successfully processed and the account is brought current. Restoration of access does not extend or otherwise alter the original payment obligations.
Any additional payment, access, completion, or certification requirements associated with an individual program will be outlined within that program’s specific terms.
Intuitive Guidance Mentorship
Intuitive Guidance Mentorship enrollments are final sale and non-refundable once your intake call has taken place, because each mentorship is a 3-month commitment built around a personalized plan created during that call.
If you choose the 3-Pay Plan ($475/month), you are committing to all three payments. Ending your participation early does not cancel your remaining payments. If a payment fails and is not resolved within 3 days, your sessions will be paused until your account is brought current.
Individual mentorship sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, submitted in writing by email or through your account. If you need to reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, up to two same-day reschedules are permitted per mentorship program, each subject to a $54 rescheduling fee (40% of the $135 individual session value). Same-day reschedule requests must be made by emailing [email protected], and the new session is confirmed only once the fee has been paid. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not considered valid; the original session will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point the new time will be confirmed. Once both same-day reschedules have been used, sessions canceled or changed with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are considered used and cannot be made up.
Each session ends at its scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive. Arriving 10 or more minutes late without contacting Astralis Healing is treated as a no-show, and the session is subject to cancellation and is considered used.
Your mentorship must be started, with your intake call held, within 12 months of your original purchase date. Once it begins, all 10 sessions must be completed within 4 months of your intake call. This covers the 3-month program plus a 30-day grace period. Any sessions not used within this window will expire, and no refund, credit, or compensation will be provided.
After your initial 3 months, you may continue your mentorship on a month-to-month basis. Month-to-month mentorship may be canceled anytime with at least 48 hours' notice before your next billing date. Monthly payments are non-refundable.
If Astralis Healing must cancel or reschedule one of your sessions, you will be offered a new session time at no additional charge, and no session will be forfeited.
This mentorship offers spiritual and energetic support and is not therapy or a substitute for professional mental health care. If Astralis Healing determines that the mentorship is not the right fit for your needs, your mentorship may be ended and any unused sessions will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
Astralis Sanctuary Membership
Astralis Sanctuary membership payments are final sale and non-refundable.
Membership may be canceled at any time; however, cancellation must be completed at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to prevent the upcoming payment from being processed. Cancellations submitted within 48 hours of the next billing date cannot be guaranteed to take effect before that payment is processed.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges once processed but does not provide a refund for any membership payment that has already been processed.
Astralis Sanctuary is an online community that provides members with access to exclusive content, recordings, resources, community features, and other membership benefits. Because this access is made available throughout the paid membership period, refunds will not be issued based on whether or not a member viewed, attended, accessed, or otherwise used the available content or benefits.
Following cancellation, membership access will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
Emergencies & Exceptional Circumstances
Astralis Healing understands that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can occur. Exceptions to these policies may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Astralis Healing but are not guaranteed.
An exception made on one occasion does not waive or modify these policies for future appointments or purchases.
Cancellations by Astralis Healing
If Astralis Healing must cancel or reschedule an appointment, the client will be given the opportunity to transfer the appointment or session credit to another available date.
If Astralis Healing is unable to provide the service purchased, an appropriate refund or credit may be provided.
Agreement to Policy
By scheduling an appointment, purchasing a package or subscription, enrolling in a program, course, membership, or mentorship, purchasing an offering, or downloading digital content or materials from the Astralis Healing website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, refund, expiration, access, and payment terms applicable to your purchase or download.
