Welcome to Astralis Healing. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Astralis Healing website and your purchase, enrollment in, access to, or participation in services, appointments, memberships, subscriptions, programs, courses, workshops, mentorships, digital products, downloads, communities, and other offerings provided by Astralis Healing, LLC (“Astralis Healing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing this website, creating an account, making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, enrolling in an offering, downloading materials, or otherwise using Astralis Healing’s services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase, access, or use the applicable offering.

Eligibility & Minors

You must be 18 years of age or older to independently purchase or participate in Astralis Healing offerings.

Individuals under 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian and where the applicable service or offering is appropriate for a minor. Astralis Healing may require parental or guardian authorization before providing an offering to a minor.

Services & Offerings

Astralis Healing provides spiritual, educational, personal-development, and wellness-oriented offerings that may include energy healing and Reiki, QHHT®, intuitive readings, tarot, astrology, mentorship, memberships and communities, certification and educational programs, workshops, digital content, and related offerings.

Specific inclusions, pricing, duration, access periods, requirements, and other conditions may vary by offering and will be described on the applicable sales, checkout, booking, or program page.

Purchases & Payment

By making a purchase, you agree to pay the price and applicable charges displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed through third-party providers and may include debit or credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Afterpay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other methods made available at checkout.

If you choose a third-party financing or installment provider, your use of that service is also governed by your agreement with that provider. Astralis Healing is not responsible for independently imposed financing decisions, fees, credit determinations, or other terms established by third-party financing providers.

Payment Plans

When an Astralis Healing program or product is purchased through a direct payment plan, the payment plan represents an agreement to pay the full stated purchase price, divided into installments. A payment plan is not a month-to-month subscription unless the offer expressly states otherwise.

Stopping participation, failing to complete a program, ceasing to access content, or deciding that you no longer wish to participate does not automatically terminate the remaining payment obligation.

If a scheduled payment is declined, missed, disputed, or otherwise becomes past due, Astralis Healing may suspend or revoke access to the applicable program, course, community, materials, certification process, or other digital offering until the account is brought current.

Additional program-specific payment and certification requirements may apply where disclosed.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refunds

Appointments, packages, subscriptions, QHHT® sessions, programs, memberships, and other purchases are subject to the applicable Astralis Healing Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy explains applicable notice periods, refund eligibility, no-show provisions, rescheduling requirements, session-credit expiration, subscription terms, QHHT® rescheduling fees, digital-product refund restrictions, and membership cancellation requirements.

Where an offering has additional terms disclosed at checkout or enrollment, those terms also apply.

Digital Programs, Courses & Workshops

Digital offerings may provide immediate access to proprietary videos, recordings, written curriculum, exercises, meditations, workbooks, templates, downloads, communities, or other materials.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchases of digital programs, courses, workshops, downloads, and related digital content are final sale and non-refundable once access has been provided.

Purchasing an offering gives you only the limited personal-use rights expressly described in these Terms. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership of the content or intellectual property to you.

Intellectual Property

Unless expressly identified otherwise, the Astralis Healing website and its original content, including but not limited to course curricula, teaching materials, videos, recordings, presentations, written lessons, workbooks, exercises, meditations, journeys, graphics, designs, photographs, templates, forms, downloads, program structures, branding, website copy, audio, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to Astralis Healing and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal learning or permitted professional development.

Unless Astralis Healing provides express written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, record, screen-record, photograph for reproduction, republish, upload, distribute, transmit, share, sell, sublicense, modify for redistribution, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative educational products from Astralis Healing materials.

You may not share course login credentials or provide another person with access to content purchased for your individual use.

One enrollment is for one individual participant only.

Reiki Mastery Path & Certification Materials

Enrollment in the Reiki Mastery Path or another Astralis Healing certification program does not transfer ownership of the curriculum, course structure, teaching materials, manuals, videos, workbooks, downloads, presentations, templates, meditations, recordings, or other Astralis Healing intellectual property.

Receiving a certification does not grant permission to reproduce, distribute, teach from, resell, upload, publish, or incorporate Astralis Healing’s proprietary curriculum or materials into another person’s course, certification program, membership, training, or commercial product.

Where editable templates or resources are specifically provided for professional implementation, the student’s permitted use is limited to the scope expressly stated with that resource. A template does not become the student’s original intellectual property merely because access to it was purchased. Any permitted customization must comply with the license accompanying that resource and may not be used to reproduce or redistribute Astralis Healing’s underlying proprietary material.

Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of Astralis Healing intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may subject the individual to available legal remedies.

Certification

Completion of an Astralis Healing certification program may require completion of specified educational content, practice requirements, assessments, quizzes, assignments, logs, financial obligations, or other program requirements.

Enrollment alone does not guarantee certification.

Astralis Healing reserves the right to withhold certification until the applicable academic, practice, conduct, and payment requirements have been satisfied.

Certification by Astralis Healing does not represent governmental licensure or authorization to perform activities regulated by law. Students are responsible for determining the professional, licensing, insurance, business, or regulatory requirements applicable in the jurisdiction where they intend to practice.

Account Use & Security

Your account is intended for your individual use.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring through your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide account access to another individual.

Astralis Healing may suspend or terminate access when there is reasonable evidence of unauthorized account sharing, intellectual-property infringement, nonpayment, fraudulent activity, harassment, misuse of a community, or another material violation of these Terms.

Astralis Sanctuary & Online Communities

Astralis Sanctuary and other Astralis Healing communities are intended to provide spaces for education, discussion, spiritual exploration, and connection.

Members are expected to communicate respectfully and may not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, solicit improperly, or intentionally interfere with another participant’s experience.

Information voluntarily shared within a community may be visible to other members. Participants should exercise discretion when sharing personal information.

Astralis Healing reserves the right to moderate community content and restrict or terminate participation for serious or repeated violations of community standards or these Terms.

Client Recordings

Certain individual services, including astrology, tarot, or intuitive readings, may be recorded for the client’s personal access.

Unless otherwise agreed, such recordings are intended for the individual client’s use.

Astralis Healing will not intentionally publish identifiable portions of a private client session for marketing, social media, advertising, or promotional purposes without the client’s permission or other appropriate authorization.

Clients may not commercially redistribute, resell, or represent Astralis Healing session recordings as their own original content.

Spiritual, Educational & Wellness Disclaimer

Astralis Healing’s services, programs, content, and materials are provided for spiritual, educational, personal-development, wellness, and, where applicable, entertainment purposes.

Astralis Healing services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental-health condition and are not substitutes for medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, medication, emergency services, or advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional.

Nothing on this website or within an Astralis Healing offering should be interpreted as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.

You remain responsible for determining when consultation with an appropriately qualified professional is necessary.

Reiki & Energy Healing

Reiki and other energy-healing practices are complementary spiritual and wellness practices.

Individual experiences vary, and Astralis Healing does not guarantee any particular physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, spiritual, or other outcome from Reiki or energy-healing services.

Energy healing should not be used as a substitute for appropriate medical or mental-health evaluation or treatment.

QHHT® Disclaimer

QHHT® is an experiential modality involving hypnosis, guided exploration, and personal or spiritual inquiry. Experiences and interpretations during a session are inherently individual.

Astralis Healing does not guarantee that a participant will experience a particular memory, past-life narrative, image, insight, healing outcome, spiritual experience, or other result.

Information experienced or discussed during QHHT® should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis or as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or other licensed advice.

Intuitive Readings, Tarot, Astrology & Mediumship

Intuitive readings, tarot, astrology, psychic or mediumship services, and similar offerings are interpretive, spiritual, educational, personal-development, and/or entertainment experiences.

Information provided through these services represents intuitive, symbolic, spiritual, or interpretive perspectives and should not be treated as guaranteed predictions, objective factual certainty, or professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

No particular future event, outcome, relationship development, financial result, health result, or other circumstance is guaranteed.

You retain responsibility for your own choices, actions, interpretations, and decisions.

Mentorship & Educational Guidance

Mentorship, coaching-style guidance, courses, workshops, and educational content provided by Astralis Healing are intended to support learning, reflection, spiritual development, and personal exploration.

They do not constitute promises, warranties, or guarantees that another individual will experience the same or similar results.

Personal, spiritual, educational, business, energetic, emotional, or other outcomes depend on numerous individual factors, many of which are outside Astralis Healing’s control.

Website Content

Astralis Healing makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information but does not warrant that every website page, article, lesson, resource, price, description, or other piece of content will always be error-free, complete, or current.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update website content, pricing, program structures, schedules, features, or offerings as appropriate, subject to existing contractual obligations and applicable law.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Astralis Healing relies on third-party platforms and providers for functions such as website hosting, payments, financing, scheduling, video conferencing, recordings, communications, analytics, and content delivery.

We are not responsible for outages, interruptions, policies, eligibility decisions, or independent acts of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not necessarily constitute endorsement of all content, products, or practices of those websites.

Suspension & Termination

Astralis Healing may suspend or terminate access to an account, program, membership, community, or digital offering when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing, intellectual-property infringement, abusive or threatening behavior, serious community misconduct, unlawful activity, or a material violation of these Terms.

Termination resulting from a user’s violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle the user to a refund or eliminate outstanding payment obligations, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astralis Healing, LLC and its owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the website or participation in an Astralis Healing offering.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astralis Healing, LLC and its owners, representatives, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or offerings, your infringement of another person’s rights, your unauthorized use or distribution of Astralis Healing intellectual property, or your material violation of these Terms.

International Users

Astralis Healing is operated from North Carolina, United States, while services and digital offerings may be accessible internationally.

You are responsible for determining whether your purchase, use, professional practice, certification, or participation complies with laws and professional requirements applicable in your own jurisdiction.

Availability of an Astralis Healing offering in a particular location does not constitute a representation that the offering satisfies every local licensing, professional, regulatory, tax, or other requirement.

Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and disputes arising from them will be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this provision is intended to eliminate mandatory consumer protections or other rights that cannot lawfully be waived in a user’s jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

Astralis Healing may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our offerings, business practices, technologies, or legal requirements.

The current version will be posted on the website with an updated “Last Updated” date. Material changes affecting an existing purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any specific agreement governing that purchase.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy, applicable checkout terms, and any specific written agreement governing an individual offering, constitute the applicable agreement between you and Astralis Healing concerning your use or purchase of the relevant offering.

Where specific written terms for an individual offering conflict with these general Terms, the more specific terms will control with respect to that offering to the extent permitted by law.
