A Few Details Before We Begin 

Before we meet, please take a few moments to complete the client intake form and review the informed consent below. Your responses help me better understand what is bringing you to this work, any intentions you would like to explore, and how I can best support you during our time together.

Divine Energy Healing Informed Consent 

Please review the following information carefully. By checking the required acknowledgment within the client intake form and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the following:

1. Nature of Divine Energy Healing

I understand that Divine Energy Healing is a complementary spiritual and energetic wellness practice intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, self-awareness, personal growth, and overall well-being. Sessions may incorporate Reiki and other energetic, intuitive, spiritual, or holistic practices within the scope of Astralis Healing.

I understand that each session is individualized and may vary based on my intentions, needs, and experience.

2. Scope of Practice & Professional Care

I understand that Divine Energy Healing is not medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, diagnosis, or another licensed healthcare service. Astralis Healing, LLC does not diagnose medical or mental-health conditions, prescribe medications, or advise clients to discontinue or alter treatment prescribed or recommended by a licensed healthcare professional.

Divine Energy Healing is intended to complement, not replace, appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care.

I understand that I remain responsible for my own physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being and for determining when care from a qualified professional is appropriate.

Any spiritual insight, intuitive information, energetic observation, self-care suggestion, or other information discussed during a session is offered for supportive, spiritual, educational, and personal-development purposes and should not be interpreted as medical or mental-health advice.

3. Individual Experiences & No Guaranteed Results

I understand that experiences with energy healing are subjective and vary between individuals. During or following a session, I may experience relaxation, emotional awareness, physical or energetic sensations, imagery, memories, personal or spiritual insights, tiredness, increased energy, or no noticeable sensation at all.

I understand that these experiences are individual and that no specific physical, emotional, psychological, energetic, spiritual, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Testimonials, client experiences, or descriptions of potential benefits are not guarantees that I will experience the same or similar results.

4. Communication, Boundaries & Consent

I understand that I am encouraged to communicate my intentions, areas of focus, questions, preferences, comfort level, and personal boundaries before and during my session.

I may communicate discomfort or request that any aspect of the session be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

If my session is conducted in person, I understand that certain energy-healing techniques may involve light, respectful physical touch. My consent to physical touch is entirely voluntary. I may decline physical touch or withdraw my consent to touch verbally or in writing at any time before or during the session.

If I withdraw consent to touch, my decision will be respected and the session may continue without physical contact if I choose.

5. Virtual Sessions

If my Divine Energy Healing session is conducted virtually, I understand that the session is provided remotely and does not involve physical contact.

I understand that Astralis Healing approaches virtual and in-person Divine Energy Healing within the same spiritual and energetic framework, while recognizing that individual experiences may vary.

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

Information I provide through my client intake form or share during an individual session will be treated with care and handled in accordance with the Astralis Healing Privacy Policy.

I understand that information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or when I have provided appropriate authorization.

Astralis Healing will not intentionally use identifiable information, private session details, photographs, recordings, testimonials, or excerpts from my individual experience for marketing, advertising, social media, or other public-facing purposes without my permission or other appropriate authorization.

7. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in Divine Energy Healing is voluntary.

I have the right to ask questions about the service and communicate my needs and boundaries. I may request that a session be paused or discontinued at any time.

I understand that choosing to discontinue a session after it has begun does not automatically entitle me to a refund and that applicable cancellation, rescheduling, refund, late-arrival, and no-show provisions are governed by the Astralis Healing Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

8. Agreement & Acknowledgment

I understand the nature and limitations of Divine Energy Healing and voluntarily choose to participate.

I acknowledge that my purchase and participation are also subject to the applicable Astralis Healing Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

By checking the required acknowledgment within the client intake form and submitting the form, I confirm that I have had the opportunity to review this Divine Energy Healing Informed Consent, understand the information provided, and voluntarily consent to receive Divine Energy Healing services from Astralis Healing, LLC.
