4. Complete your Energy Healing Intake & Consent form here before your first healing session.
Please complete your form right away, and no later than 48 hours before your session, so I can prepare for our time together.
Before each monthly reading, please submit your questions here at least 48 hours ahead. If you would rather not bring specific questions, come prepared with the areas of life or intentions you would like to focus on.
