To get the most out of your distance healing session, find a space where you won't be disturbed and can lie down comfortably — your bed is ideal, but a sofa or a spot on the floor works too. Please come fully clothed, as we're sharing sacred space and this helps us both feel comfortable and respected.

Bring headphones if you have them (or just make sure your speakers work), since we'll be sharing music during the session. Hydrate well the day before and the day of — energy work affects the nervous system, and being well-hydrated helps your body detox and release more easily. Keep a blanket nearby too, body temperature can shift during the session, and this will ensure you are comfortable throughout.

Healing sessions will not be held while clients are in their car — no exceptions.

During your session, you can expect to feel gentle energy moving through your body as blockages release. This often shows up as pressure that builds and releases, shifts in body temperature (moving between warm and cool as energy moves), twitching, emotional release, and a sense of floating or drifting — it's also common to fall asleep. Most people feel deeply relaxed, light, and grounded by the time we close.

In the days following, you may continue to process — feeling lighter, releasing emotions energetically that surface in your day-to-day life, and noticing shifts in your thoughts and perspective as you integrate the new frequencies from your healing.

To cancel or reschedule, a full 24 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment start time is required. You can reschedule through your account on the Astralis Healing website or by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours ahead.

Cancellations made with a full 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Need to reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice? One same-day reschedule is permitted per booking for a fee of 40% of the session price, requested by emailing [email protected]. Your new time is confirmed once the fee is paid, and any further changes to that booking forfeit the session. Reschedules made through your account with less than 24 hours’ notice are not valid; your original appointment will stand unless the same-day rescheduling fee is paid, at which point your new time will be confirmed.

Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. Arriving 10 or more minutes late is considered a no-show. Please review the Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy before booking.
