When my brain was damaged, it was as though the veil between worlds had lifted. I began experiencing expanded states of awareness—seeing energies, spirits, and visions that were both beautiful and terrifying. Coming from a background rooted in biology and psychology, and not being particularly spiritual at the time, I found this both confusing and frightening.

 

I spent months exploring every medical avenue to heal my body, but nothing brought improvement. Then, on the recommendation of a family member, I tried Reiki. At that point, I had been paralyzed for eight months, experiencing frequent auras and focal seizures. During my first Reiki session, something shifted. The images and sensations I’d been experiencing suddenly began to make sense. I felt energy move through me in ways that modern medicine couldn’t explain.

 

As I continued with Reiki, my body began to heal. My energy strengthened. My spirit began to return home to my body. I started to understand that what I had been perceiving—the visions, sensations, and presences—were not signs of something wrong, but signs that my consciousness was open to higher frequencies of energy. I simply needed to learn how to discern, ground, and direct that energy.

 

Through this process, I began to explore tarot and oracle work, learning how to focus my intuition with discipline and clarity. My heightened sensitivity became a tool for healing rather than fear. As I deepened my training in Reiki and energy healing, my recovery continued to accelerate—not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

 

Over time, my body became fully functional again. My seizures stopped. My diagnoses were retracted. I no longer required medication. I am now completely healed.

 

This experience became my initiation—a dark night of the soul, or as I often describe it, my “tower moment.” It stripped away everything that wasn’t aligned with my true path and revealed the purpose that had been waiting all along. When I was cleared to return to my corporate career, I knew I couldn’t go back. My life had been rewritten.

 

That was the moment Astralis Healing was born—a sanctuary where science and spirituality converge, where healing is not only possible but inevitable when we remember who we truly are.

 

Through Astralis, I now help others reconnect to the same intelligence that healed me: the infinite consciousness that lives within us all. My work bridges the nervous system, energy, and soul—guiding others to integrate higher states of awareness, release trauma stored in the body, and re-anchor their spirit back into the physical with peace and purpose.
