✨Spinal Flow Technique®
Explore Our Group & Individual Session , as well as our
two-day journey to unwind your spine, reset your nervous system, and restore inner flow.

01. What Is Spinal Flow
Spinal Flow is a gentle yet powerful, hands-on healing modality that works directly with the spine, nervous system, and Chi (life-force energy) to support the release of long-held stress, tension, emotional blockages, and stored trauma.
At its foundation, Spinal Flow supports the nervous system’s natural ability to shift out of survival states—such as fight, flight, or freeze—and return to a parasympathetic state, where rest, repair, digestion, emotional processing, and healing can occur.
Rather than forcing change, Spinal Flow activates specific access points along the spine that signal safety to the nervous system. When the body perceives safety, it no longer needs to hold protective tension patterns. From this state, the spine begins to soften, the nervous system unwinds, and the body naturally reorganizes itself.
This work honors the body’s innate intelligence. Healing unfolds at the pace your system is ready for, without re-traumatization or overwhelm

02. How Spinal Flow Works With the Nervous System
The spine houses and protects the central nervous system, which governs every function in the body—movement, digestion, hormone regulation, immune response, emotional processing, cognition, and perception.
When stress, trauma, or prolonged emotional strain are experienced, the nervous system often adapts by creating protective holding patterns along the spine. These patterns can restrict neurological flow and keep the body locked in survival mode, even long after the original stressor has passed.
Spinal Flow works by gently engaging the nervous system through precise spinal access points. These access points help:
-
Interrupt chronic stress loops
-
Signal safety to the brain
-
Restore communication between the brain and body
-
Allow the body to complete incomplete stress or trauma responses
As the nervous system shifts into parasympathetic regulation, the body is able to:
-
Digest and assimilate nutrients more effectively
-
Process emotions that were previously suppressed
-
Release tension held in muscles, fascia, and connective tissue
-
Improve coordination, posture, and mobility
-
Reorganize internal systems toward balance
This is why Spinal Flow often creates changes that feel systemic rather than localized.
03. How Spinal Flow Works
With Energetic & Spiritual Self

From an energetic perspective, the spine is the primary channel through which Chi (life-force energy) flows. When this channel is restricted—by stress, trauma, emotional suppression, or prolonged protection—energy becomes stagnant, fragmented, or depleted.
Spinal Flow helps restore energetic coherence along the spinal column, allowing Chi to move freely once again. As energy begins to circulate, clients often experience:
-
Increased vitality and internal spaciousness
-
Emotional lightness or heart opening
-
Heightened intuition or clarity
-
A deeper sense of alignment with their authentic self
Many people notice that as the spine unwinds, old identities, patterns, or emotional imprints naturally begin to release. This creates space for reconnection with purpose, intuition, creativity, and inner truth.
Spinal Flow is not about “doing” energy work—it allows the body’s energetic field to reorganize itself once safety is restored.
04. Where Spinal Flow Works in the Body
Although Spinal Flow is applied through the spine, its effects extend throughout the entire body.
Clients often experience shifts in:
-
The spine and posture
-
Hips, shoulders, neck, and jaw
-
Nervous system regulation and vagal tone
-
Digestion and elimination
-
Hormonal balance
-
Emotional processing and memory recall
-
Cognitive clarity and focus
-
Vision, coordination, and proprioception
Because the nervous system influences every system, change may show up in unexpected—but often welcomed—ways.

05. What a Spinal Flow Session Looks Like
Spinal Flow sessions are calm, quiet, and intentionally simple.
Session Setup & Attire
-
You remain fully clothed
-
Comfortable & loose clothing is recommended
-
Sessions take place on a massage table
-
Touch is light, precise, and non-invasive
There is no manipulation, cracking, or force applied.
During the Session
Most clients enter a deeply relaxed state.
You may notice:
-
Gentle waves of sensation
-
Tingling, warmth, or energy movement
-
Subtle spinal or limb movements
-
Emotional sensations or imagery
-
A sense of time slowing or internal stillness
You are not expected to talk, process, or perform in any way. The body leads the experience.

06. What Is Common Between Sessions
Spinal Flow works in layers, and changes often unfold between sessions as the nervous system continues integrating.
Common experiences may include:
-
Fatigue or deep restfulness as the body exits chronic fight-or-flight
-
Emotional release, dreams, or memories surfacing for processing
-
Changes in digestion or appetite
-
Improved mobility, posture, or flexibility
-
Temporary soreness as tissues reorganize
-
Greater emotional clarity or motivation
-
A stronger pull toward authenticity and aligned choices
-
Heightened awareness of boundaries, needs, or inner truth
-
Temporary increased inflammation or worsening of symptoms as body detoxes.
These experiences are signs of regulation and reorganization—not regression.
Each body responds uniquely. There is no “right” way to experience Spinal Flow

07. The Spinal Flow Journey
Spinal Flow is not a one-time fix—it is a process of reconnection.
-
As the nervous system learns that it is safe to release, the body gradually returns to its natural state of flow, alignment, and self-healing. Over time, clients often report not only physical relief, but a deeper sense of embodiment, presence, and trust in themselves & their higher self
-
This is why Spinal Flow is offered as a series and within immersive containers—to support lasting, integrated change rather than temporary relief.
08. Single Spinal Flow Sessions vs. the Two-Day Immersive
Spinal Flow supports the nervous system & your divine essence through safety, consistency, and integration.
Both private sessions and immersive experiences work with the same foundational principles—what differs is the container, pacing, and depth of integration.
Understanding these differences can help you choose the path that best supports your nervous system right now.
Private One-on-One Spinal Flow Sessions
Private sessions are the primary way Spinal Flow is offered at Astralis Healing and are ideal for steady, sustainable nervous system healing that integrates alongside daily life.
This option is well-suited if you:
-
Prefer gradual, layered, deep healing over time
-
Are new to nervous-system–based or somatic work
-
Are navigating stress, trauma, or transitions while maintaining daily responsibilities
-
Benefit from consistency, routine, and continuity of care
-
Want to build long-term regulation and resilience
With sessions spaced across 3+ weeks, the nervous system has time to:
-
Release stress incrementally
-
Integrate changes between sessions
-
Reorganize without overwhelm (promoting a "new normal")
-
Develop a deeper sense of safety and embodiment
This approach supports lasting change rather than short-term relief.

The Spinal Flow Two-Day Immersive
The two-day immersive offers a time-compressed, retreat-style container that allows the nervous system to remain in a regulated, parasympathetic state for extended periods.
This option may be supportive if you:
-
Feel ready for a deeper or accelerated reset
-
Are moving through a major life transition
-
Have long-held patterns that feel resistant or “stuck”
-
Are drawn to immersive healing environments
Because sessions are layered closely together, the nervous system does not need to repeatedly re-enter safety. Instead, it stays softened and receptive, allowing for deeper unwinding across physical, emotional, and energetic layers.
Spinal Flow immersives are offered a limited number of times per year and are designed as intentional, high-touch experiences rather than ongoing care.

Spinal Flow Within Astralis Retreats
Spinal Flow is also woven into Astralis Healing Retreats, where it is offered alongside other somatic, nervous-system–supportive practices within a multi-day retreat setting.
For some, experiencing Spinal Flow within a retreat creates a powerful entry point—combining hands-on nervous system work with spacious integration, nature, rest, and community.
Retreats are offered seasonally and provide an additional way to experience Spinal Flow in an immersive, supported environment.
This work supports gradual nervous system recalibration, stress and trauma release, physical spinal realignment, and deeper reconnection to self over time. Because the nervous system unwinds in layers, healing unfolds progressively rather than all at once.
While Spinal Flow is offered through private session series, immersive experiences, and retreat settings, the majority of clients choose to continue beyond a single series. As safety deepens—often around the middle of a session series—the body begins accessing deeper patterns, allowing for more meaningful and lasting transformation.
Many clients complete more than one series of sessions as part of an ongoing healing journey. Others explore Spinal Flow for a season and then transition to different forms of support with Astralis Healing, such as energy healing sessions. Both paths are valid and honored.
Entering this work with an understanding that Spinal Flow is a process—rather than a quick solution—creates a healthier, more empowering experience for both the nervous system and the individual.
A Note on the Spinal Flow Journey
Spinal Flow is not a one-and-done modality.
Booking Your Spinal Flow Experience!
Spinal Flow is offered through three intentional containers at Astralis Healing. Each option is designed to support nervous system safety, depth of care, and meaningful integration.
1. Private One-on-One Spinal Flow (Primary Offering)
Spinal Flow is primarily offered through private one-on-one session bundles, designed for consistent, ongoing nervous system recalibration. Because availability is limited and sessions book out quickly—especially evenings—I strongly recommend beginning with a free consultation call.
During this call, we:
-
Ensure we are a good fit
-
Discuss your goals and nervous system needs
-
Review current availability
-
Determine a supportive session cadence
-
Secure session times that work for both of us
Once we decide to move forward, your Spinal Flow bundle is purchased and all sessions are scheduled together to ensure continuity of care and guaranteed availability. Clients may also purchase a bundle first and then reach out via email to coordinate scheduling; however, confirming availability before purchase is always recommended.
2. Spinal Flow Two-Day Immersive
A retreat-style, time-compressed experience offered on select dates throughout the year.
Spinal Flow Immersives are offered on pre-scheduled dates and are booked directly through the immersive plan.
Each immersive:
-
