02. What Happens in a Session
1. Conscious Interview + Question Setting (3-4 Hours)
We begin with a grounded conversation exploring your life themes, relationships, patterns, physical symptoms, and intentions. Together, we refine the questions you want your Higher Self to answer & create a sacred outline of questions to ensure you get the most out of your session.
2. Deep Hypnosis Regression Journey (2–3 Hours)
You’re gently guided into a relaxed Theta state. From there, your subconscious leads the way. You may experience:
