Acceptance of Terms

By visiting this website, scheduling a session, enrolling in a program, purchasing a product, or participating in a retreat with Astralis Healing, LLC, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of Astralis Healing’s website and services. Astralis Healing reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation or use of services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Scope of Services

Astralis Healing provides holistic, spiritual, and educational offerings including but not limited to:

Usui & Holy Fire® Reiki sessions and certification training
Karuna Ki & Animal Reiki sessions and training
Shamanic and Quantum Energy Healing
Spinal Flow Technique
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique® (QHHT®)
Tarot, intuitive, and astrology readings
Online courses, certifications, mentorship programs, and retreats

All services are intended for personal, energetic, and spiritual growth. They are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal care. Clients are solely responsible for their own health and well-being before, during, and after any service.

Client Eligibility & Responsibility

Clients must be 18 years or older, or have verifiable written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

By engaging with Astralis Healing, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are voluntarily participating in all services and offerings.
You accept full responsibility for your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic health.
You will communicate respectfully and maintain appropriate boundaries.

Astralis Healing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for any client whose behavior is unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned with the values of this practice.

Payment Policy

All services, programs, and digital products must be paid in full at the time of booking or enrollment unless otherwise stated in writing.

Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retroactively.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
No services, sessions, or digital access will be provided until payment is received in full.
Unpaid balances may result in loss of access to sessions or online materials.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

A. Individual Sessions

Cancellations must be submitted via email to contact@astralishealing.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
Reschedule fees:
- Within 24 hours: $35
- Within 8 hours: $45
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice are considered no-shows and forfeit the session and payment.
Clients who no-show 2 or more times, especially consecutively, are subject to bundle or plan cancellation without notice. This ensures we are respecting everyone's time, space & availability. The Client will have until the end of their billing period to book any remaining credits on their account & if they wish to reschedule their no-show appointments they can pay the applicable late fee to have the credit returned to their account. (fee's very by service duration, see below "Bundle Clients")

B. Bundle & Subscription Clients

All bundles & memberships are final sale and non-refundable.
Bundle clients: Late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur the following fees
- 1-hour session: $45
- 45-minute session: $35
- 30-minute session: $25
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.
If a bundle or subscription is canceled, all remaining unused credits are forfeited.
Late fees must be paid in full prior to booking future sessions.

C. QHHT Sessions & 2 Day Spinal Flow Immersive's

QHHT® sessions and Spinal Flow 2-Day Immersives are non-refundable due to the extended preparation, full-day scheduling requirements, and individualized nature of these offerings.
These services may be transferred to a different date only if the request is submitted 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellation or reschedule requests made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time are considered non-transferable and may be treated as a no-show at Jordyn’s discretion.
If a reschedule is granted within the 72-hour window, a fee equal to 20% of the original cost of the session or immersive will be charged.
No-shows automatically forfeit the session or immersive and all associated payments.
All outstanding balances, late fees, and 20% reschedule fees (if applicable) must be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Digital Products, Online Courses, Memberships & Programs

All digital purchases—including self-paced courses, workshops, certifications, and downloads—are non-refundable and final sale.

By purchasing, you agree that:

Access is for your personal use only.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, resell, or distribute any course materials without written permission.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action.

All online content remains the exclusive property of Astralis Healing, LLC.

Tarot, Intuitive & Astrology Readings

All readings are intended for spiritual guidance, reflection, and empowerment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, financial, or legal advice.

All readings are conducted live via Zoom.
Readings are not recorded by Astralis Healing.
If a client chooses to record the session, they acknowledge that the recording is for personal and entertainment purposes only.
Nothing expressed during a reading shall be interpreted as fact, advice, or legally binding guidance.
Astralis Healing and its practitioners are not responsible for any decisions, interpretations, or actions made based on a reading.

Astralis Healing reserves the right to decline any reading that feels ethically or energetically misaligned.

All readings are final sale and non-refundable.

QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique®) Sessions

QHHT® sessions are private, in-depth experiences typically lasting 4–6 hours. Because each appointment reserves an entire workday, the following policies apply:

All QHHT® sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Clients must complete all intake and liability forms before the session.
Sessions are audio recorded and shared privately with the client after completion.
Rescheduling or canceling within 72 hours of the appointment will incur a 20% rescheduling fee (based on total session cost).
Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total full session cost, due immediately to secure a new date.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable and result in forfeiture of payment.
QHHT® sessions are excluded from discounts, bundles, or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.
All QHHT® bookings are final sale.

These terms exist to honor the time, energetic preparation, and full-day commitment required for each QHHT® experience.

Retreats

Participation in Astralis Healing retreats signifies full understanding and acceptance of the following:

All deposits and payments for retreats are non-refundable, as event costs are secured in advance. In cases of emergency, transfers may be granted at Astralis Healing’s discretion.
If a client cancels after full payment is made, the amount may be partially credited toward a future event only if a replacement participant fills the vacated spot.
Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, medical conditions, and dietary restrictions prior to attendance.
Astralis Healing is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or health complications resulting from meals, activities, or personal choices during the retreat.
Participation in all retreat activities—including yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energy healing—is voluntary. Clients assume full responsibility for their physical and emotional well-being.
Astralis Healing reserves the right to refuse participation or dismiss any attendee for inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior without refund.
Travel insurance and trip protection are highly recommended for all participants.

By registering, you acknowledge that Astralis Healing, its owner, and any contracted facilitators are not liable for injury, loss, or damages incurred during your travel or retreat participation.

The Spinal Flow 2-Day Immersive (“Immersive”) is an intensive somatic and energetic healing service. By purchasing or attending this service, the client agrees to the following terms:

• Non-Medical Service

The Immersive is a holistic somatic and energetic healing experience and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, chiropractic, or other licensed healthcare services. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, or symptom resolution.

• Physical Touch Consent

The Spinal Flow technique involves hands-on physical touch, including contact along the spine, sacrum, hips, head, and other access points. By participating, the client voluntarily consents to physical touch and accepts full responsibility for their comfort level and physical boundaries during the Immersive.

• Client Responsibility for Food Allergies & Preparedness

Clients are responsible for managing their own dietary needs and confirming any allergies or sensitivities prior to the Immersive. If food, snacks, or beverages are provided or present during the session, the client assumes full responsibility for their personal safety and agrees that Astralis Healing is not liable for allergic reactions or food-related issues.

• Health Disclosure Requirement

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, neurological issues, medications, trauma history, and physical limitations. Astralis Healing may decline, postpone, or discontinue service if participation is deemed unsafe.

• Assumption of Risk

Clients understand and accept that somatic and energetic healing may involve physical sensations, emotional release, discomfort, fatigue, detox responses, or activation of suppressed memories. Participation is voluntary, and the client assumes all risks associated with the work.

• Payment & Financial Responsibility

Payment for the Immersive is required in full at the time of purchase. If a payment plan is used, the full plan must be completed regardless of attendance. Outstanding balances must be paid before the immersive date.

• Refunds, Transfers & Rescheduling

The Immersive is strictly non-refundable. All cancellations, transfers, and rescheduling requests follow the policies outlined in Section C of these Terms & Conditions, including:

Requests submitted 72+ hours before the immersive may be eligible for a date transfer.
Requests submitted within 72 hours are non-transferable and may be treated as a no-show at Jordyn’s discretion.
If a reschedule within the 72-hour window is approved, a fee equal to 20% of the original immersive cost applies.
No-shows forfeit the full service and all related payments.

Practitioner Rights

Astralis Healing may modify, decline, or discontinue service at any time due to safety concerns, incomplete health disclosures, inappropriate behavior, or disruption of the session environment. No refunds are provided if service is terminated for these reasons.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by Astralis Healing—including but not limited to written materials, workbooks, meditations, digital downloads, videos, logos, and course content—is protected under U.S. and international copyright law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Astralis Healing materials without written consent.

Unauthorized use constitutes intellectual property infringement and may result in legal action.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

All Astralis Healing services and materials are provided “as is” with no guarantee of specific outcomes. Spiritual and energy-based modalities are subjective and vary by individual.

By engaging in any Astralis Healing service, course, or retreat, you acknowledge that:

You are solely responsible for your personal well-being and results.
Astralis Healing and its affiliates, facilitators, and contractors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in healing sessions, retreats, or energy practices carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any harm, injury, or loss you may sustain as a result of your participation, including any travel-related risks.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Astralis Healing, LLC and its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your actions, participation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal and session information shared with Astralis Healing is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your written consent unless required by law. For details on data handling and storage, please review our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts.

Modification & Severability

Astralis Healing reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
