By booking or receiving a QHHT session with Jordyn Kurtz and Astralis Healing, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Nature of Services
QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) is a form of guided hypnosis that allows access to the subconscious mind for insight, healing, and spiritual connection. Sessions may include past life regression, communication with the Higher Self, and energetic or emotional releases. These sessions are designed to support clarity, inner wisdom, and self-healing in alignment with the individual’s highest good.
2. Complementary & Non-Medical Practice
I understand that QHHT is a spiritual and energetic tool and is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal care. Jordyn Kurtz is not a medical professional and does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for any health condition. I am encouraged to consult licensed providers for any physical, mental, or emotional health concerns.
3. Voluntary Participation & Emotional Responsibility
I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a QHHT session and that I am solely responsible for my emotional, physical, and mental well-being during and after the session. I understand that hypnosis and regression may bring up suppressed memories, emotions, or spiritual messages, and I am responsible for seeking additional support if needed.
4. Session Preparation & Aftercare
I agree to arrive well-hydrated, well-rested, and with clear intent for my session. I understand that after a QHHT session, I may feel tired, emotional, or experience mental processing as part of integration. It is recommended that I allow space for rest, hydration, and grounding following the session.
5. Possible Effects
I understand that QHHT may result in a variety of responses, including but not limited to: emotional release or heightened emotions, mental or energetic clarity, temporary fatigue or lightheadedness, subconscious integration, spiritual insights or messages. These experiences are natural and vary from person to person.
6. No Guarantees of Outcome
I understand that each QHHT session is unique and that no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. Jordyn Kurtz will serve as a facilitator and guide, and I am fully responsible for any interpretations, decisions, or actions I take after the session.
7. Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law or with my written permission. Session recordings (if available) are for my personal review only and will not be shared publicly without my express consent.
8. Recording & Consent
QHHT sessions may be recorded to support my integration and reflection. I consent to this audio recording and understand it is for personal use only. If I choose not to be recorded, I will inform Jordyn prior to the session.
9. Withdrawal of Consent
I understand that I may withdraw my consent to future sessions at any time. To formally withdraw consent, I agree to submit a written notice via email to contact@astralishealing.com.
10. Release of Liability
Except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, I hereby release and hold harmless Jordyn Kurtz and Astralis Healing from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or actions arising out of or related to my QHHT session. I take full responsibility for my participation and understand the session is offered in good faith for personal and spiritual growth.
