Service Description
The Astralis Reiki Mastery Mentorship is designed for students enrolled in the Astralis Reiki Mastery Path Online Self Paced Program who desire greater accountability, individualized coaching, and a more immersive learning experience. Instead of attending traditional lecture-style classes, you’ll complete the self-paced curriculum on your own schedule, then meet with Jordyn for private mentorship sessions focused on integrating what you’ve learned. Each mentorship session is tailored to your unique growth and may include reviewing course material, answering questions, practicing Reiki techniques together, refining hand placements and session flow, strengthening intuitive awareness, discussing ethics and real-world client scenarios, and providing personalized feedback to help you build confidence as a practitioner. This mentorship allows you to move beyond simply understanding Reiki—it helps you embody it through guided practice, reflection, and direct mentorship. Your Mentorship Includes: * Private 90-minute mentorship sessions (sold in 10-24 packs based on your learning style & desired experience) * Personalized guidance and accountability * Hands-on practice and technique refinement * Individualized feedback and practitioner coaching * Support preparing for certification requirements * A flexible learning experience tailored to your needs Students are expected to complete the assigned course modules, quizzes, and practice exercises before each session so our time together can focus on deepening your understanding rather than repeating the curriculum. This mentorship is ideal for students who value personalized support, learn best through discussion and practice, or want the confidence of working closely with an experienced Reiki Master throughout their training. Please Note: Enrollment in the Astralis Reiki Mastery Path is required. This mentorship is designed to complement the self-paced program and does not replace the coursework or certification requirements necessary to complete each Reiki level.
Cancellation Policy
At Astralis Healing, all services are offered with care, intention, & respect for both your time & ours. These policies ensure fairness, clarity, & energetic integrity for all clients, students, & participants. By booking a session, program, or retreat, you agree to the following terms: Session Payment & Booking All sessions must be paid in full prior to the appointment—no exceptions. Appointments are confirmed once payment is received. Cancellations, Reschedules & No-Shows To cancel or reschedule, email contact@astralishealing.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours are non-refundable & session credits are forfeited. Reschedules made under 24 hours incur a $35 fee; within 5 hours, a $45 fee applies. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late or missing their session are considered No-Shows & forfeit payment. All sessions begin & end at the scheduled time. Session types cannot be changed at the time of service (e.g., switching Reiki to Tarot). Refunds Due to the nature of energetic, intuitive, & educational work, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for completed or recorded sessions, including energy healing, astrology, intuitive readings, mentoring, or any consultation. Once time, energy, & expertise are provided, you have received the full value of your session. Bundles, Subscriptions & Packages All bundles & subscription plans are non-refundable. Credits reset each billing cycle & must be used before the next billing date. Unused credits expire at the end of each cycle. To cancel a plan, email contact@astralishealing.com before your next billing date. Remaining credits must be redeemed prior to cancellation; unused credits cannot be refunded, extended, or transferred. Retreats, Programs & Group Events Retreats, training programs, & group experiences require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your space. Balances are due by the posted due date. If you cancel, payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to another event or participant at Astralis Healing’s discretion.
